We know for a fact that the Earth was much hotter in the past so what caused 'global warming' then? People are leaving the IPPC in droves as they know the figures have been "altered and exaggerated". The Earth apparently hasn't warmed at all in the last 15 years by everyones figures except the IPPC. There are very few scientists in the IPPC. It's mainly made up of beurocrats. Climate Change scientists don't get their billions of dollars finance unless they peddle the 'man is causing climate change' line. Apparently, I heard on the radio last week that there are no more typhoons, hurricanes, unusual weather etc now than there have ever been. I was on holiday recently and the Met office got the weather forecast wrong every day...

I think David Cameron’s reference to Britain being a 'junior partner' in WW2 may be down to the fact that the phrase is never that far from his lips when he's talking behind closed doors about the Lib Dems! |

Yeah! Lot of people get that idea. It was current in the late 1930's. And then look what happened.
But you have to admit the Brits support their friends right from the start . No messing about - in with both boots thrashing. Where as other countries wait around to see which way the winds of war are blowing and then leap in with brave shouts two or three years later and claim the glory. Or they do not back Britain when it gets into a bit of a muddle on the banks of the Suez Canal or defends its dependents in the southern hemisphere. It is wonderful to have a special relationship. |

| Over the past few years, I have gotten the sense that the UK has completely abrogated the notion of 'self-defence,' and that anyone who has th temerity to fight back is considered the greater offender. The latest drive to 'protect' the public by disarming it seems to be extended even to owning a sword. How soon will the powers that be start removing rocks from gardens? |

Horror films are movies that strive to elicit the emotions of fear, horror and terror from viewers. Their plots frequently involve themes of death, the supernatural or mental illness. Many horror movies also include a central villain. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Used Auto Parts | Used Car Parts |

| Global warming is the increase of the greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide and many more ) in the air which mainly comes from industries, cars and etc. The increase of this gas causes the temperature to increase too. Thats why you will find that the summers are hotter than they are in the past. The increased temperature melts the ice at the north and the south poles, leading to a rise in the oceans and seas around the world. In time to come, these water will tend to flood low-lying areas.http://www.globalwarmingsurvivalcenter.com/ |

| I'm not sure what Facebook is all about but I'd be happy to add my pennyworth - if I had some idea what to say. Ingrid |

| This might be presuming a little much to expect this, but I was wondering if you would consent to giving a brief message which I could put on the profile for the Women of Hammer facebook page because it is something that I think the fans would appreciate |

| I've just set up a fan page on facebook dedicated to all the actresses that have appeared in Hammer films over the years, which was something I thought was lacking on facebook |

As I'm heavily influenced by Hammer Films (Obviously!) and Universal Horrors I'm creating a short animated film that is, in part, a bit of a homage to the two studios. I thought some here may be interested in seeing what I'm doing.
I can't see how to add links here but you can view a few animations amongst other things at my blog here....

Cheers, glad someone agrees with me. Can't beat Stan & Ollie, I think that episode was called "Helpmates", Ollie had to wear a U.S.cavalry uniform because all the rest of his clothes were ruined..lol...there's an innocence about the situations they get into in their comedy that makes it so funny. Yes, Sometimes we can see what's obviously coming next in some episodes, but they were so good they overshadowed any flaws! The scene in "Any old Port" still makes my stomache ache, seeing Stan in the boxing ring with the bully Walter Long! I could go on & on.....
Comedy these days..? I just don't get Gavin & Stacey at all, I'm Welsh but I don't want to identify with it...I've tried to like it, but it...

Yes she's still stunning I agree, glad I wrote the above. I guess it must be her Soul's lght shining through, together with the Hammer naughty bit of 'darkness', which has made her an irresistable combination!
Ingrid's been a bit quiet lately, hope she's doing well. |

I wholeheartedly agree, Ingrid remains beautiful always. Not only to the eye, but in her soul.

How true. I agree totally. It's not always the case but Ingrid is still stunning in my opinion also |

I agree with you totally. I saw one episode of Gavin and Stacey and couldn't believe this was the same series that others had raved about. The only thing I can put it down to is that younger people have no yardstick. They don't know the mass of talent that was featured on TV and in films previously. There are lots of writers today, especially comedy writers, whose idea of comedy is to either be as outrageous as possible or simply repeat the same 'catchphrase' over and over and over. That's funny apparently?? Even in so called 'game shows' now we often find, in what would otherwise be great family viewing, so called celebrities trying to out swear each other and think it's hugely hilarious! The unfortunate thing is, a large proportion of the...

I want to emphasize the fact that Ingrid is still today a most beautiful lady & will remain so. All this talk of beauty vanishing with age is nonsense...complete rubbish!

You may have noticed the book "Pride & Prejudice and Zombies". There will also be retelling of Jane Eyre on the BBC emphasizing the creepy situation of the locked up woman.
What do you all think of having classic novels retold with a horror angle? |

i hope this film is better than the Friday the 13th remake.
So far so good. The victims look creeped out. |

| I checked out the unrated version. It's a slight improvement to a film I did enjoy. I laughed at a phrase said by Lance Henrickson, "gas, a**, or grass". And no, it wasn't something Diablo Cody made up. |

| It was for her own good really. Besides, she's so much better going for the neck. |
